Subscription Policy

At KittySpout, we want to ensure your cat always has fresh, clean water without the hassle of reordering. By purchasing a subscription (such as our Filter Replacement Plans), you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Automatic Renewal & "Continuous Authority"

By selecting a subscription option at checkout, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Recurring Charge: You authorize KittySpout to charge your payment method automatically at the frequency specified in your order (e.g., every 1 month, 3 months, or 6 months) without requiring your prior approval for each recurring charge, until you cancel.

  • Price: You will be charged the price listed at checkout for your specific plan. If valid, shipping and taxes will be applied to each renewal order.

  • Notification: For annual or semi-annual subscriptions, we will send you a pre-billing email reminder 3 to 7 days before your renewal charge is processed to give you time to adjust or cancel if needed.

2. Cancellation & Termination

You have the right to cancel your subscription at any time. To ensure you are not charged for a renewal, you must cancel at least 24 hours before your next scheduled billing date.

There are two easy ways to cancel:

  1. Customer Portal (Recommended): Log in to your KittySpout Account. Navigate to "Manage Subscriptions" and select "Cancel Subscription." This is processed instantly.

  2. Email Support: You may also email us at [email protected] with the subject line "Cancel Subscription." Please allow up to 48 hours for our team to process email requests.

Liability: You are responsible for all charges incurred prior to the effective date of your cancellation. Canceling a subscription prevents future charges but does not automatically refund renewal orders that have already been processed.

3. Shipping & Fulfillment

Renewal orders are processed and shipped automatically after successful payment.

  • Address Changes: It is your responsibility to ensure your shipping address is up to date in the Customer Portal.

  • Processing Time: Once a renewal charge goes through, your order enters our fulfillment queue immediately. If you need to change an address, please do so before the renewal date.

4. Refunds on Renewal Orders

  • Before Shipment: If you are charged and wish to cancel before you receive a shipping notification, please contact support immediately. We will do our best to void the order and issue a full refund, though this is not guaranteed if the order has already been pushed to our fulfillment partners.

  • After Shipment: If your renewal order has already shipped, our standard Return & Refund Policy applies. You may be required to return the unopened product to receive a refund.

5. Payment Failures

If your payment method fails (e.g., expired card, insufficient funds), we will attempt to retry the charge. If payment continues to fail, your subscription shipment will be placed on hold. We reserve the right to cancel your subscription if payment cannot be successfully processed.

6. Changes to Terms or Pricing

KittySpout reserves the right to modify these subscription terms, including shipping rates or product pricing, at any time.

  • Notice: If there are any material changes to your subscription (such as a price increase), we will notify you by email at least 30 days before the change takes effect.

  • Consent: Your continued use of the subscription service after such notice constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must cancel your subscription before the new terms apply.
